CMS Issues Medicare Claims Payment Guidance
The Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act of 2008, enacted on July 15, 2008, replaces the scheduled rate reduction with a 0.5 percent update, retroactive to July 1, 2008. Read the CMS communication here. |
